1 Bag long pretzel rods
1 Bag Candy Melts (Blue, Green or Red)
Melt Candy Melts as per package instructions, dip pretzel rod in candy melts and smooth with spatula.
Place on wax paper until set.
200g plain biscuits, crushed
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup dark rum
300g dark chocolate melts, melted
2 Tbsp golden syrup
1/2 cup Sweetened condensed milk
1 cup icing sugar
Place biscuit into a food processor and grind into, add rum, walnuts, melted chocolate, golden syrup, sweetened condensed milk and icing sugar. Mix until combined.
Using moist hands roll the mixture into small balls and then roll in coconut. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
