Rice Bubble Cupcakes

Ingredients:

100g rice bubbles

4Tbsp Golden Syrup

1Tbsp sugar

1Tbsp butter

1 quantity icing 


Instructions:

Put syrup, sugar and butter into a pan, melt and bring to the boil for 1 min
Remove from heat, and add rice bubbles.

Split into prepared cupcake tin and refrigerate to set.

Top with icing.

1 Bag long pretzel rods
1 Bag Candy Melts (Blue, Green or Red)

Instructions:
Melt Candy Melts as per package instructions, dip pretzel rod in candy melts and smooth with spatula.
Place on wax paper until set.

Chocolate Rum Balls

Ingredients:

200g plain biscuits, crushed

1/4 cup chopped walnuts

1/4 cup dark rum

300g dark chocolate melts, melted

2 Tbsp golden syrup

1/2 cup Sweetened condensed milk

1 cup icing sugar

Shredded coconut

Instructions:

Place biscuit into a food processor and grind into, add rum,  walnuts, melted chocolate, golden syrup, sweetened condensed milk and icing sugar. Mix until combined.

Using moist hands roll the mixture into small balls and then roll in coconut. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
