2 cups vanilla biscuit crumbs
2 eggs
1 cup crushed pineapple (WELL drained)
1 cup icing sugar
1 cup chopped walnuts
500 ml cream (whipped)
1/2 cup butter + 5 tblsp
Method:
Flour a 6 "x 10" pan, mix 5 tablespoons melted butter with vanilla biscuits.
Press 1/2 the mixture into pan firmly and refrigerate.
Cream 1/2 cup butter and sugar well.
Add well beaten eggs and mix thoroughly.
Sread over crust.
Add a layer of chopped nuts then crushed pineapple.
Spread whipped cream then top with remaining biscuit crumbs.
Refrigerate for 24 hours.
