2 packets of Jello (any flavor/color you want)
3 Tablespoons Unflavored Gelatine
Slice the oranges in half and scoop out the inside. Mix the two packets of jello with unflavored gelatin; add 4 cups boiling water and stir until dissolved; add 3 cups cold water. Fill orange halfs with jello and refrigerate overnight.
Once the jelly has set, cut the oranges in half again, insert toothpicks with attached sails.
