
225g butter, softened
1 cup caster sugar
2 cups self rising flour
1 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla essence
10 crushed oreos
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 175°. Cream Butter and sugar together, add dry ingredients, then eggs and vanilla, beat for 2-3 minutes until batter is smooth. Stir in crushed oreos.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Cool on wire rack.

3 cups icing sugar
225g butter, softened
pinch of salt
10 chopped oreos
Instructions:
Cream butter and icing sugar together, add a pinch of salt beat for 5 minutes. stir in chopped Oreos.
