
5 Mars Bars, chopped
250g butter, chopped
2/3 cup golden syrup
450g Coco Pops
Instructions:
Spray tin with baking spray, melt butter, golden syrup and mars bars over meduim heat stiring regularly until smooth.
In a large bowl mix coco pops and wet mix together (add coco pops in two lots).
Press mixture into tina nd refridgerate overnight.
Ice with Glace Icing.
Glace Icing:
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups icing sugar
approx 1/4 cup water
liquid food colouring
Instructions:
Sift icing sugar into bowl, stir in enough water that it can easily spread onto slice (almost pouring consistency). Add food colouring.
