100 g butter
3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup coconut
grated rind of 1 - 2 citrus fruits
1 pkg wine biscuits
Method:
Melt butter.
Add milk, finely grated rind & crumbed biscuit. Mix well.
Press into a greased dish (9" square or rectangular).
Refrigerate.
Icing:
Mix icing sugar, fruit juice & melted butter together.
