Wilton Red Candy Melts
Yellow Jelly Beans
White Soft Sugar Pearls
Black Craft paper cut into mickey heads (I used a Mickey Shape punch)
Glue (I used a hot glue gun)
Glue Mickey heads to toothpicks.
Thread 2 marshmallows onto each of the toothpicks.
Melt Candy Melts according to package instructions and dip/cover marshmallows.
press 2 jelly beans into the bottom as feet and 2 soft sugar pearls as buttons.

To make a personalised Clubhouse Logo, save blank template below, download Minnie font from dafont.
Using Microsoft Publisher insert blank template image into a document, insert a text box across the top of the logo. Write text, and change font size to suit (the more writing the smaller it needs to be), change the colour to red and emboss it. Voila!
Oreos both regular and mini sized (Double Stuffed works best for the regular sized)
Candy Melts (these can be ordered through us)
Melt a small amount of the candy melts as per package instructions, dip a lollipop stick into the candy melt and push it into filling. Then use the candy melt as glue to stick the mini Oreos onto the regular sized Oreo as ears, allow to set.
Melt the chocolate melts, carefully spoon chocolate onto each Mickey stick and allow excess to drip back into your chocolate bowl. Place onto a sheet of wax paper and add sprinkles. Allow to set,

Melts a small amount of chocolate buttons to act as glue, dip edge of an unmelted button into the melted chocolate and press into gap between the two cookies, repeat for other ear. Allow chocolate to set.
Melt red candy Melts as per package instructions, dip Oreo into melted candy melts (use picture as a guide), place on wax paper and allow to set.
Soften candy writer in a mug of hot water, add buttons (dots) onto the "shorts".

Red Gel Colouring
Yellow Gel Colouring
Split frosting and colour the majority red (be aware the colour will deepen over time) and the remainder yellow. Frost cupcakes with red frosting, push two chocolate buttons as ears (use picture as guide). Use a round tip to pipe yellow dotes onto cupcakes.
3 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
227 grams unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup granulated white sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
No taste Red Gel Colouring
Yogurt covered raisins
Beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. In a separate bowl mix the flour, salt, and baking soda.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract and beat until combined. Add the flour mixture and beat until you have a smooth dough.
Add red gel colouring and kneed through dough (be aware red colouring deepens over time)
Divide the dough in half and wrap each half in cling wrap, chill in the fridge for an hour.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to a ¼ inch thickness. Use Mickey shorts cookie cutter (available for hire) to cut out cookies and press in two yogurt covered raisins.
Bake cookies for 8-10 minutes at 180°.

1x Batch of Buttercream frosting (See blog post)
Oreos (regular size and mini size)
Frost the cupcakes. Separate the Oreos into halves and scrap out white filling. Melt chocolate melts as per package instructions and use to glue mini Oreos to the back side of the regular sized Oreo to create a Mickey head.
Make a slice into cupcake and push Oreo cookie head into the slot.
