Sift 3 cups icing sugar and cocoa into the mixing bowl. Turn your mixer on the lowest speed (so the dry ingredients do not blow everywhere) until the sugar and cocoa are mixied into the butter. Increase mixer speed to medium and add vanilla extract, salt, and milk and beat for 3 minutes. If your frosting needs a more stiff consistency, add a little more sugar. If your frosting needs to be thinned out, add additional milk 1 tablespoon at a time Ingredients
1 cup room temperature butter 1 (7-ounce) jar marshmallow crème (can be bought from Kirby’s Candies or United Sweeties) 2 cups icing sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla Instructions: Cream the butter until it is light and fluffy. Add the marshmallow creme. Whip for 2 minutes. Add the icing sugar and continue to beat for 2 minutes. Add vanilla extract and mix until incorperated. The frosting is perfect for decorating cakes and cupcakes.
