White Chocolate Melts
Vanilla Cake Mix
Make cake batter as per package or recipe instructions. Add Sprinkles to the batter. Put in a freezer safe container and freeze overnight.
Using a spoon to scoop form balls with the frozen cake batter, put into another freezer safe container and return to the freezer (they start to melt quickly with handling)
Melt White chocolate as per package instructions, Taking only a couple of cake balls out of the freezer at a time, dip frozen cake balls into melted white chocolate (using a toothpick) and set on baking paper for chocolate to set. You will need to coat well as the cake batter will melt and leak out any holes. Add sprinkles to the top of balls before chocolate sets.
Refrigerate to set.
