
![]() Ingredients: 2 cups Self-raising Flour 90g butter, chopped 3/4 cup milk 1/4 cup pizza sauce 1 cup cheese, grated 150g sliced ham or bacon 1 can crushed pineapple-WELL drained Instructions: Sift flour into a large bowl, use fingertips to rub butter into flour until it resembles breadcrumbs. Make a well in the centre and then add milk. Use a bread knife to chop milk through flour mix until it's just combined into a soft dough. Turn onto a lightly floured surface and kneed. Use a rolling pin to roll out into a rectangle. Spread the pizza sauce on top the top evenly with ham, cheese and pineapple. Roll firmly into a log then cut into slices. Bake at 220C for 15-20 minutes. ![]() Ingredients: 350g macaroni pasta 100g grated cheese 1 packet cheese sauce Breadcrumbs Instructions: Cook pasta, drain and set aside. Follow instructions on cheese sauce packet. Once mixed add grated cheese and stir through until melted. Stir through pasta and then place in ramekins, top with breadcrumbs. Cook at 190C for 20 minutes. |
